It is our understanding that during the next few weeks, a subcommittee of House Education Committee (HEC) members will be meeting four times to merge the three bills into one bill, which will be recommended as Ought To Pass (OTP) by the HEC to the full House of Representatives. If it passes the House, it will move on to the Senate where it will be referred to the Senate Education Committee for hearings before being brought back to the floor for a vote.
